central location and friendly service
friendly owners central location
jo & darren were friendly and cute (i especially appreciated their local tips). the rooms were clean. the location is ideal, being so close to the town centre.

late check-in expired milk
the location was good, it was easy to get to the town center.
the check-in time felt too late at 4 pm. i also found an empty soap bottle which was disappointing. the milk for tea was expired, i could not enjoy a cup.

Fantastic Stay!
helpful host comfortable bed convenient location
Joanne, the host, was helpful and accommodating. She allowed me to store my luggage after checkout so I could explore more of the area. The room was perfect for my needs. I had restful sleep on a comfortable bed with a lovely town view.
The water pressure in the shower was a little low.

The location is excellent, very close to the town center, the bus stop, and the railway station. This makes it easy to get around and explore the surrounding areas without needing a car. Public transport is very accessible.

The room had a complementary tea and coffee station, a very welcome addition after a long journey. It was well-stocked with a great selection of teas and biscuits. The attention to detail was AMAZING!!!

tidy room friendly hosts quality ingredients
the room was clean and tidy. the town centre was just around the corner. the hosts were very friendly and helpful. there was excellent value priced breakfast sandwich with quality ingredients.
The carpet was filthy around the edges. In the room.
